About the Authors
Helen Kimber BSc(Hons) PGCE ECNP
Helen Kimber graduated with Honours from Huddersfield University
in the UK in Catering and Applied Nutrition. She has since gained a
Post-Graduates Certificate in Education (PGCS) specialising in
Nutrition and Anatomy and is currently studying for a Masters
Degree in Nutritional Medicine at the University of Surrey. Helen
Kimber now leads a dedicated team who specialise in the development
of nutritional supplements and the involvement and application of
numerous diagnostic tests. She lectures frequently to health
professionals and students on the subject of nutrition and is
particularly interested in the nutritional aspects of
detoxification.
