Dr David Shlugman is a Consultant Anaesthetist at the Radcliffe Infirmary, Oxford, UK, where he has been part of the Movement Disorders Team since its inception, publishing together with them on various aspects. Following medical qualification in Cape Town, South Africa, he specialised in anaesthetics at Groote Schuur Hospital, Cape Town and Hammersmith Hospital, London.
