Dr David Perlmutter, consultant neurologist in the USA, has contributed the chapter 'Intravenous Glutathione Administration'. He combines both medical and nutritional protocols in his practice. He was awarded the 2002 Linus Pauling Award for pioneering work in neurological disorders, and the 2002 Denham Harmon Award from the American College for the Advancement in Medicine for advancing the understanding of free radical biochemistry in neurological diseases. He has contributed extensively to international medical literature including the Journal of Neurosurgery and Archives of Neurology.

A graduate of Nutrition from Huddersfield and Surrey Universities and well known academic lecturer, Helen Kimber has contributed the section on Liver Detoxification Guidelines. She has contributed to the formulation of various nutritional supplements.

Tom Isaacs BSc (Hons) MRICS

Tom Isaacs contributed the chapter "I used to be a nutritional 'neurosceptic'...!" A successful chartered surveyor, he developed Parkinson's Disease at an early age. He raised considerable funds for Parkinson's Disease research. Tom Isaacs was UK's "Charity Personality of the Year" and co-founded The Cure Parkinson's Trust, UK.
